<p>Basically in the ninth inning of a perfect game, all players are secretly telling themselves, &#8220;please don&#8217;t hit it to me, please don&#8217;t hit it to me.&#8221;  Now Joyce has given us, &#8220;Please hit a fly ball, Please hit a fly ball.&#8221;</p>
